Toubkal Trekking

It is possible to combine a trip between mount toubkal trek & sahara desert tour. Many tourists like this combination of an active part & a sightseeing part by a private vehicle that will take you to the sahara desert.

we have come up with a good option which is as below:

Day 1: Marrakech – Imlil 1740m – Toubkal refuge 3207m. 1h30 drive + 5 to 6h walk. Overnight at a refuge

Day 2: Refuge 3207m – Toubkal summit 4167m- Refuge 3207m- Imlil 1740m. 10 to 12h walk. Overnight at a guesthouse in Imlil

Day 3: Imlil – Tizi n’Tichka pass – Kasbah Ait benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Dades valley. Pick up from Imlil & drive towards Dades valley; you will pass by Tizi n’Tichka pass, and you will visit the famous kasbah of Ait Benhaddou. You will have a stop for lunch in Ouarzazate city. around 7h drive. Overnight at a Hotel in Dades.

Day 4: Dades valley – Tinghir – Merzouga. Drive to the huge dunes of Merzouga; you will pass by many beautiful places such as Todra gorges,Tinghir, etc. Once you get to Merzouga, you will ride camels to the camp. around 5h drive + 1h camel ride. Overnight at the camp.

Day 5: Merzouga – Marrakech. This is going to be a long drive back to marrakech; you will see many things during this ride. drop off in Marrakech
