Day 1: Pokhara to Jhinu Danda
Your trek begins with a road drive along picturesque roads from Pokhara to Nayapul, the point of beginning the trek. The trek goes along slowly through the villages of Birethanti and Chhomrong, among landscapes of rolling green hills and terraced fields. After nearly 5–6 hours of trekking, you reach Jhinu Danda, well known for its hot water springs—good spot to unwind after trekking long hours for a day.
Day 2: Jhinu Danda to Bamboo
After a sumptuous breakfast, the hike goes on an upward path through bamboo and rhododendron forests. You hike to the effervescent Gurung village of Chhomrong and descend to Chhomrong Khola and once again upwards in the direction of Sinuwa. The trek goes on ascending to Bamboo, a peaceful village located deep within dense forests, where you stay overnight.
Day 3: Bamboo to Deurali
The trail from Deurali to Bamboo takes you through gorgeous scenery consists of mossy trees, majestic waterfalls, and occasional views of white peaks. You will also stroll along the Himalayas and Dovan to reach Deurali that boasts of more alpine and rugged scenery. You can also catch a glimpse of the loftier altitude that awaits you.
Day 4: Annapurna Base Camp to Deurali
This is the most exciting day of the trek as you reach Annapurna Base Camp. The trail slowly climbs up through Machapuchare Base Camp or MBC which provides good views of Mount Machapuchare at Fishtail.
From MBC, you walk to ABC, and the huge mountains close in around you such as Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Machapuchare. Once you reach ABC, you are able to go around and take in the expansive Himalayan vistas.
Day 5: Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo
Following a stunning sunrise at ABC, you are descending. You retrace your earlier path back through MBC, Deurali, and Dovan to Bamboo. The way down is straightforward but needs to be done with care, particularly on steep parts.
Day 6: Bamboo to Jhinu Danda
You proceed to go down by means of beautiful forests, passing through Chhomrong village in order to return to Jhinu Danda. Depending on the time of day, you may have another hot spring bath to enjoy the rejuvenating touch of these hot springs after days of hiking.
Day 7: Jhinu Danda to Pokhara
