The Marrakech Merzouga Tour itinerary is as below:

On day one,

You’ll leave early in the morning for a journey east of Marrakech, passing through small towns on your way to the High Atlas Mountains. You will make some breaks to stretch your legs and take photos. .

After that, you’ll drive uphill on winding roads to the famed Tizi Ntichka pass before arriving at Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou. It is the first big sight-seeing stop of the day. The UNESCO-listed Berber fortified village of Ait Ben Haddou is also well-known as a filming location for major Hollywood epics, like Kingdom of Heaven, Lawrence of Arabia, and Gladiator.

The, you continue to Dades Valley after a leisurely lunch at one of the local cafés. You will pass through Ouarzazate, Skoura Oasis, and Klaa Mgouna, the capital of the Valley of the Roses. When you get in Boumalne Dades, take a small route to Dades Canyons along the Dades River, passing by various fortified Kasbahs along the way. On day two,

After some free time to take in the vastness of the cliffs and lunch at a local café (at leisure). We depart early in the afternoon for Rissani, which is known for its dates market and was formerly the starting point for historic commercial caravans crossing the Sahara desert to Tomboctou. We’ll proceed to Merzouga after a startup marketing consultant quick pit stop, passing through some difficult desert terrain.

Once you get to Merzouga, you will ride camels to the camp where you will spend the night under the stars. Around 5h drive.

On day three,

You will have an early breakfast, and ride camels to the pick up place. Then you drive back to Marrakech. Return to Ouarzazate with your driver and vehicle. After some free time for lunch, we travel via the High Atlas Mountains to Marrakech in the afternoon. That’s the end of our best Marrakech Merzouga Tour.

Day 2: DADES VALLEY – TINGHIR – MERZOUGA

our journey today will begin after breakfast at your hotel in Dades Valley with a drive along the 1001 Kasbahs road to the oasis of Tinghir. Once we get there, we will deviate to a minor road driving along the river to Todra, where you will stop for a walk in the oasis. Then, we contine to the Todra Gorges.
